Down Burst is a shared special move used by twins Dan and Reiki Sodo through their Evil Gemios DF145FS. The two glow with orange and blue auras as Gemios swirls a combined spiral of fire and ice, then collapses that spiral into a dual-element tornado that slams down from above to crush the opponent.
