Dark Lightning, also called Black Thunder, is a special move used by Lee's Galeon Attacker in Beyblade: 2000, first appearing in the franchise's very first season in Episode 17, "A Score to Settle." Galeon becomes wrapped in lightning, and any Beyblade making contact is violently repelled clean out of the stadium. Lee eventually refined the technique so that Galeon no longer needed to physically leave its Beyblade to use it; Ray later turned Lee's own move against him by combining it with his own Tiger Claw to win.
