As Gingka, Kenta, and Kyoya fall after Doji's attack, Gingka's Pegasus performs Tornado Wing to land them safely, though Gingka faints from the effort. A talking dog named Hokuto shelters them and explains they're being hunted by the Dark Nebula, an evil group seeking the power of the forbidden left-spinning Bey, L-Drago, wielded by Ryuga — and that Pegasus alone can stop it. When Dark Nebula member Busujima attacks, Hokuto's Libra battles first before Gingka wakes and finishes Busujima's Scorpio himself.
