Modification

Tournament rules draw a line between cosmetic or structural changes that leave a Beyblade's parts intact and changes that alter how a part actually functions. Painting a launcher or stadium, customizing a facebolt's sticker, or vacuum-forming a stadium all stay within the rules. Sanding a performance tip, gluing or cutting material onto a fusion wheel, spin track or performance tip, moulding a new part from scratch, or reversing a Bey's spin direction all fall outside them.

What to know

  • Permitted: facebolt sticker customization, spray painting parts, painting a launcher or stadium, vacuum-forming a stadium, hand-modifying parts
  • Prohibited: sanding tips, reversing spin direction, gluing or cutting material onto wheels, tracks or tips, moulding new parts, removing a spin track with tape
