Attribute

Takara Tomy tied six elemental labels — fire, water, sky, earth, darkness and god — to the Element Wheels of its Synchrome System line, each marked with its own emblem readable through matching kanji, hiragana and romaji on the packaging. The idea let a Warrior Wheel and Element Wheel combine and flip between Chrome and Crystal modes, with the Element Wheel carrying the elemental crest. Hasbro dropped the concept almost entirely from its marketing, keeping only passing references in how it named its Synchrome two-pack products, and in real battles the labels never affected outcomes — they stayed a flavour detail rather than a mechanic.

What to know

  • Six attributes: Fire (Hi), Water (Mizu), Sky (Ten), Earth (Chi), Darkness (Yami), God (Kami)
  • Tied to Element Wheels within the Synchrome System
  • Carried no functional effect on battle outcomes
  • The Phantom Element Wheel, which would have carried the Darkness attribute on a full release, was never released
