Biography

Waylan, called Virut in the Japanese version, is a minor original-series antagonist and member of the Tall Boys team who faces Max Tate at the start of the Asian Tournament. His orange Beyblade generates unusually intense heat through friction as its spin rate changes, built from heat-resistant materials to survive its own output, though this comes at a heavy stamina cost. Max ultimately defeats him once the mechanism behind the heat gimmick becomes clear.
