Biography
Patrick is the announcer depicted on Collision card 65, presumably one of the tournament MCs of the English dub's V-Force episodes, where local and junior tournaments are hosted by announcers other than DJ Jazzman. No accessible episode guide names the MCs, so his exact appearances could not be confirmed. He is listed here so that the card has a home in the encyclopedia and so that a future episode check can attach him to the right scene.
