Motti Ilio

Biography

Motti Ilio is a carefree, cat-themed tag-team partner recruited by Johannes to help him qualify for a tournament, despite having no prior competitive experience. She spends most matches distracted, cheering, or chasing butterflies while Johannes does the real fighting, using her 'cute act' and cat-like eyes to lure opponents rather than overpowering them directly. The pair are eventually eliminated by Kyoya, after which Motti continues supporting the group through the fight against Nemesis.

Motti's brown hair is tied back with a white ribbon that reads as a pair of cat ears from the front, and her large green eyes carry the same cat-like quality as Johannes's, along with two small pointed teeth peeking from her mouth. She wears a low-cut yellow tank top under an orange collar hung with a large yellow bell, and white gloves trimmed in yellow that leave her fingers free — the left one oversized compared to the right and marked with an 'M'. An orange belt with a yellow paw-shaped centrepiece and low-cut white shorts complete the outfit, along with a pair of white boots.

Carefree and hyperactive best describe Motti, whose whole manner borrows from cats: she'll drop a 'meow' into the middle of a sentence, or just say the word on its own, and she often refers to herself by name in the third person. She's easily distracted, once losing focus over a butterfly mid-tag-match against Kyoya and Benkei, and rarely stays in one spot, roaming the stadium rather than standing still. Underneath the playfulness there's strategy too — she leans into the cute act deliberately to lure opponents into her traps.

1. 1 Flame Gasher WD145WD

• Recruited by Johannes as his tag-team partner to meet tournament entry requirements
• Uses Flame Gasher WD145WD, though not a cat-themed Bey despite her cat motif
• Frequently distracted mid-battle, once chasing a butterfly during a match against Kyoya and Benkei
• Uses her 'cat eyes' to lure Benkei into a trap during that same match
• Eliminated from the tournament when Johannes's sand twister knocks out both her and Benkei's Beys
• Speaks in third person and inserts 'meow' into her sentences
• Later lends her power in spirit to help Gingka defeat Nemesis

• vs ToRyumon First Round Bladers (tag with Johannes) in 4D009 — Win
• vs Kyoya Tategami and Benkei Hanawa (tag with Johannes) in 4D010 — Lose
