Beyblade

Kristina Kuroda, known as Kris, is BC Sol's manager and Jinbei Kuroda's granddaughter, serving as the series' guide-and-referee figure much like Hilary, Madoka, and Maru in earlier Beyblade eras. Punctual and rule-minded but willing to bend for her bladers' growth, she recruits both Valt Aoi and Rantaro Kiyama to the team and pushes Kit Lopez to stay on task. She shares a close, sibling-like bond with childhood friend Free De La Hoya, once convincing him to forfeit a match rather than risk further injury, and leans on fellow staffer Trad Vasquez's counsel while remaining fiercely competitive toward rival teams like the Raging Bulls.

Appearance and personality

What They Look Like, and How They Behave

Light blue eyes and long, dark pink hair falling down her back give Kristina a striking look. In her earlier appearances she wears a thin black headband bearing a Beyblade symbol along with referee-style clothing: a light pink outfit striped in black, finished with a red bow, a skirt fastened with four buttons and marked by two white stripes, black tights and red shoes. Her look changes later on to a dress split evenly between pink and black, decorated with several blue-and-white bows, worn with white arm warmers, white tights and flat pink shoes.

Punctuality and focus matter enormously to Kristina, which is why Kit Lopez's tendency to wander off task tests her patience, even as she takes visible pride in every one of her students regardless of their skill level. She sticks closely to the rules where her team's interests are concerned, but will bend them when it helps someone reach their potential, as when she brings Rantaro Kiyama into BC Sol despite his loss to Valt Aoi. She holds deep respect for colleagues such as Trad Vasquez, while treating rival outfits, Theodore Glass and the Raging Bulls chief among them, as fierce competition. An underlying perfectionism surfaces when she questions whether her changes to BC Sol are actually working, confiding to Ange Lopez that she regards failure as something she cannot allow herself.

No Blader Profile yet: nothing we hold describes how Kristina Kuroda actually battles, and we rate from results on screen or on the page, not from a guess.
