Biography
Kento Aoi is the encouraging, hardworking father of Valt Aoi and twins Toko and Nika, married to Chiharu Aoi. Often away on business, he makes a point of showing up for Valt's biggest matches, cheering enthusiastically from the stands during the Individual National Tournament Finals against Lui Shirosagi. The manga reveals a warmer detail absent from the anime: it was Kento who originally gave Valt his first Beyblade, Valtryek, as a Christmas present.
Appearance and personality
What They Look Like, and How They Behave
Spiky dark blue hair, styled much like Valt's, and light stubble sit alongside Kento's brown eyes. His outfit pairs a white work shirt and navy blue tie with a black overcoat trimmed in brown buttons and yellow-striped cuffs, finished with a navy blue handkerchief tucked into the breast pocket.
Encouragement comes easily to Kento as a father — he cheers loudly for Valt through his final matches, the one against Lui Shirasagi included. Affection shows through with Chiharu, and he turns playful around the twins. Work keeps him busy much of the time, which is why any chance to visit his family pleases him.
