Biography
Hyde, known as Hearts in Japan, is Phi's wild, extroverted younger twin brother and a member of the Turbo 4 in Beyblade Burst Turbo. Raised in royalty at Dread Tower, he claimed the Beyblade Dread Hades over his brother's objections, sparking a rift that splits the twins for years. Hyde relishes showmanship in battle and can literally feel damage his Bey takes, but his boastful confidence crumbles into fury after Phi destroys Dread Hades to power Dread Phoenix — the brothers only reconcile in the season finale after Aiger Akabane defeats Hyde.
Appearance and personality
What They Look Like, and How They Behave
Tall and pale-skinned, he has razor-sharp teeth and long lavender-white hair with a fringe falling over his right eye. Like his older brother Phi, his eyes don't match — red on the right, green on the left. His outfit is built around a black gloved bodysuit striped in dark yellow across the torso, arms and legs, layered under violet plating on the sleeves, a connected pauldron, and rings circling each upper arm and shin. A purple-based belt with a silver-and-red buckle sits at his waist, and a white, violet-bordered robe splits into four flaps carrying purple or silver markings, save one left plain white; white hexagons trimmed in chartreuse dot the pauldron, forearms and robe. When he resonates with his Bey, the ends of his hair turn rose pink and seem to flicker like flame.
Where his brother keeps things guarded, he is loud, wild and completely open about his feelings, happy to boast about his own strength without a second thought. He plays to a crowd, treating matches partly as performance and managing to read what an opponent will do before it happens, as he did against Aiger Akabane. Losing rattles him — his defeat to Valt Aoi leaves him plainly frustrated — but he lacks his brother's cruelty or arrogance and has no interest in destroying anyone's Bey. If anything he is the more grown-up of the two, at one point telling Phi off for blaming a loss on his equipment instead of himself. The pair share an almost identical blading style, though Phi fights right-handed and he fights left-handed.

Quotes
In Their Own Words
-
Phi, I can't believe you lost to a wimp like this. How in the world did you mess up such an easy match?
-
I am Hades!
-
Beys attract other Beys the same way Bladers attract other Bladers.
-
Just how far are you willing to go for the sake of my entertainment, huh sweet Aiger?
-
You and I both know that the Dread Tower is for me and me alone. You're not welcome here.
-
The moment when I took Dread Hades, it felt like I had finally won against you!
-
My resonance is supreme!
-
Oh, please. You lose and then you take it out on your Bey? Just how petty can you be? Of course, you still don't understand why you lost, do you?
-
IT HAS EVERYTHING TO DO WITH ME!! After all, Dread Phoenix contains parts from my Hades!
