Biography
Horikawa is a minor, barely documented character appearing across Beyblade Burst Evolution and Turbo. Every narrative section of his wiki page — appearance, personality, biography — is blank, and he's known only through a short list of anime and manga appearance credits alongside a noted relationship to Xander Shakadera that is likewise left unexplained.
