Haruto Aota is a hotheaded minor blader in Beyblade Burst who fights with King Kerbeus Force Jaggy and consistently overestimates his own abilities against stronger opponents. He confidently guarantees victory before facing both Wakiya Murasaki and Rantaro Kiyama, only to lose quickly and decisively both times, leaving him furious and disappointed rather than gracious in defeat. Despite his brash overconfidence, he is noted for genuinely trying his hardest in every battle, debuting as Wakiya's opponent in the District Tournament before being eliminated by Rantaro in the Area Selection Tournament.

What They Look Like, and How They Behave

Haruto is fair-skinned and noticeably shorter than most bladers his age, with dark blue eyes. His hair is navy blue overall, with the front section dyed a bright sky blue. He wears a white sweatshirt with darker blue sleeves and a seven stitched on in the same shade, paired with jeans in a bright lime green.

Haruto blades with a hot temper and total confidence in his own skill, confidence that regularly tips into overestimating himself. Before facing Rantaro Kiyama at the Area Tournament and Wakiya Murasaki at the District Tournament, he boasted angrily that victory was guaranteed, only to lose quickly both times. Even so, he never holds back in a battle and keeps fighting hard rather than accept defeat quietly.
