Biography

Evel Oxford, also called Dr. Evel, is a quiet, logical scientist in Beyblade Burst Turbo who maintains a laboratory in Hyde's Dread Tower while secretly serving his own agenda. Fighting with Orb Engaard Outer Quest, he collects battle data from bladers worldwide — some fed to him by informant Kyle Hakim — aiming to build the world's strongest Bey. He beats Ranjiro Kiyama but loses to Aiger Akabane, and his loyalty to Hyde is noted as shallow even though he keeps him partially informed.

Appearance and personality

What They Look Like, and How They Behave

Pale skin and dark eyes ringed in purple, with circles beneath them, define Evel's tall frame, along with azure hair styled into three bangs standing out at each temple, their ends curling like a cape, and five dark-sapphire stripes running from the back of his scalp toward the front. He dresses in a white lab coat and trousers, a midnight-blue shirt with a yellow stripe and a bolo tie, a long black-and-light-blue belt wound twice around his waist, white gloves and white shoes.

Quiet and logical by nature, Evel comes across as reserved and rather cold to the people around him. He presents himself as a devoted aide to Hyde, who lets him keep a laboratory in the Dread Tower, but that loyalty runs shallow beneath the surface. Intelligence is his defining trait — he has gathered data on beys from across the world in pursuit of building the strongest one ever made.

A data-driven engineer whose defensive Engaard sweeps Ranjiro, then is swept by Aiger the same episode; his loyalty is only to his research.
