Douglas

Biography

Douglas, formally Secretary Douglas, is America's Secretary of State in the Original Series, appearing only in connection with the BBA Research Center. He watches, unseen, as the Bladebreakers nearly infiltrate all the way to his office during a break-in, stopped just short by the facility's security measures. His other notable scene has Judy promising him victory ahead of the decisive All Starz versus Bladebreakers match, underscoring his role as a background political figure with a stake in the tournament's outcome rather than a Blading participant himself.
