Biography

Cuza Ackermann is a cheerful, acrobatic performer originally from Germany's Top Wand team who joins BC Sol in Beyblade Burst Evolution, fighting with Alter Cognite 6Meteor Trans. Outside the stadium he is playful and animal-loving, traveling everywhere with his pet cockatoo Carl, but he turns cold and serious once battling begins, mirroring his Bey's dual Ultra Stamina and Ultra Attack modes. He becomes fast friends with Valt Aoi, helps search for Shu in the Snake Pit, and represents BC Sol as they become World Champions before competing in the International Blader's Cup.

Appearance and personality

What They Look Like, and How They Behave

Golden eyes sit beneath spiky black hair that flares outward, its yellow-tinted section echoing the pattern on his Cognite's Energy Layer, and three light-blue triangles mark his face, one between his eyes and one under each. He wears a black jumpsuit striped in green down the sides under a blue vest stamped with a cog motif on both panels, a white scarf at his neck, a light-blue, skirt-like garment starting at his waist, light red shoes styled like ballet slippers, and a yellow wristwatch on his right wrist. As a younger boy he instead wore a white, sleeveless v-neck shirt with yellow shorts and a green scarf knotted at the waist, alongside a similar blue vest and blue shoes.

Cheerful and upbeat in a way that echoes Valt Aoi, he clearly relishes performing for a crowd, fitting for someone raised among a troupe of performers. That background shows in real physical skill — backflips and turns in mid-air, tightrope walks from serious heights, and enough balance to launch his bey while standing upside down between spikes. He's fond of animals too, especially his pet cockatoo Carl, close enough to send after Kurtz's gang when they corner Valt and Shu, and he's shown real talent for sketching, once drawing a far sharper likeness of Raul Comas than Valt managed. Step him into the bey stadium, though, and a colder, more serious side takes over, acting almost a stranger to Valt despite their easy friendship elsewhere, reverting the moment he steps back outside. It amounts to two distinct personalities, echoing the two modes his own bey, Alter Cognite, can switch between.
