Biography

This manga-only version of Chiyun Li is the second member of China's Wang Hu Zhong alongside Dashan Wang in the Big Bang Bladers arc of the Metal Fight Beyblade manga. Small, fiercely loyal, and eager to defend China's honor, he fights with the same Thermal Lacerta WA130HF used in the anime, described as a balance-type rivaling Striker in speed and power. His only recorded battle is a loss to Masamune in Chapter 50, and a note attributes his ability to shrug off defeat to Ginga's influence.

A small, slight build and short limbs mark him as one of the younger bladers, with long hair gathered into a braid beneath his oversized hat and its central ball ornament. A wide-eyed, broad grin is near-constant on his face. He wears a robe stamped with a lizard emblem at its centre, over martial-arts trousers tucked into his boots.

Fierce loyalty drives him — he battles to uphold China's honour and carries a strong-hearted determination to keep that competitive fire burning inside him. Meeting Ginga changes how he handles setbacks: where a loss might once have stung, he learns to shrug it off and push ahead regardless.
