Chin Taizen

Biography

Chin Taizen is a manga-only Beyblade Burst Surge character introduced in Chapter 80 as a C-Tier #195 blader. Alongside Alexander Bottom and John Kiritani, he mocks the low-ranked Hyuga Hizashi over his C-Tier #500 status, provoking him. Hyuga, with brother Hikaru's help, unlocks his Lightning Launch and defeats the trio in Chapter 84. Taizen has almost no further characterization; he mainly exists to establish Hyuga's rank and trigger his first power-up, fighting with Flare Ashindra 5 Survive Retsu.
