Biography

Chiharu Aoi is Valt Aoi's mother and the wife of Kento Aoi in Beyblade Burst. She runs a family bakery, Aoi Pan, and bakes her son's favorite "Bey Bread." A warm, encouraging figure, she comforts Valt through losses and misplaced gear, dotes on twins Nika and Toko, and treats Valt's friends kindly. She never battles herself and has no biography beyond her family role, appearing mainly in supporting domestic scenes across Burst, Evolution, and Turbo without her design ever changing.

Appearance and personality

What They Look Like, and How They Behave

Short black hair frames a pair of purple eyes. Her wardrobe centres on a white-and-orange shirt worn beneath a second white shirt, paired with blue jeans, and she keeps a tan apron tied around her waist to match her work running a bakery.

Warmth defines her — she encourages not just her own children but Valt's friends too, and treats visiting strangers, such as Naoki Minamo turning up in search of Valt, with the same easy courtesy. She reads her son's moods without being told, stepping in to comfort him after his loss to Wakiya or when he loses track of his Valtryek, and marks his victories by baking him a batch of Bey Bread. Her affection extends just as fully to the twins, Nika and Toko, rounding her out as a genuinely attentive mother.
