Biography

Carlo Maruko is a veteran Pro Blader in Beyblade X whose team peaked at Floor 30 of The X before a loss to Khrome Ryugu triggered a losing streak. Facing both a career plateau and his Bey Sponsor's expiring contract, he retires after one last match against Blader X, handing off his Beybattle Pass and career data to Blaze Fujiwara, whose team uses it to develop Soar Phoenix. He resurfaces in Season 2 as an instructor in the Bey Academy's Blader course.

A Floor 30 veteran whose Strike Hawk still handles Robin comfortably, but clean sweeps by Jaxon and Blaze show exactly why he chose retirement.
