Biography

Carl is a white cockatoo who serves as Cuza Ackermann's talkative pet in Beyblade Burst Evolution, mimicking his owner's catchphrases and showing an obsessive attraction to shiny objects — once stealing Valt's Genesis Valtryek entirely because of it. Friendly and helpful under normal circumstances, guiding the group through a Mexican jungle and snacking on Daigo Kurogami's breadcrumb trail, Carl turns aggressive when Cuza is disrespected, attacking both Kurt Baratier's gang and a rude film director on Cuza's behalf.

Appearance and personality

What They Look Like, and How They Behave

White feathers cover Carl's medium-sized cockatoo frame, with a yellow crest on top of his head and a black beak and eyes.

True to real-world cockatoos, Carl is sharp and talkative, with a habit of echoing whatever Cuza says. He is drawn to anything shiny, once making off with Valt's Genesis Valtryek, and proves surprisingly capable besides — he helped guide Cuza's group through a Mexican jungle and, on Cuza's word, went after Kurt Baratier's gang to protect Valt and Shu. His favourite food seems to be breadcrumbs, judging by how eagerly he polished off a trail Daigo Kurogami left behind. Mostly friendly and easygoing, Carl turns aggressive fast when he or Cuza is disrespected, as Terry Trent found out when Carl swiped his sunglasses after Trent scolded Cuza for bringing the bird onto set.
