Biography

Bruce is a minor Hong Kong street Blader in the original Beyblade series who wants to join the White Tigers because of his friendship with Kevin, despite lacking both confidence around the team and a Bit-Beast. Easily frightened by Gary and pushed around by Mariah, he's ordered by Kevin to ambush the Bladebreakers, especially Ray, but loses to Tyson Granger and is subsequently kicked out of the group he never truly belonged to. He fights with an unnamed custom blue top launched from a nunchaku-style launcher.

Claims We Could Not Check

  • Likely a reference to martial artist Bruce Lee, both in name and his nunchaku-based launcher.
  • "Bruce" may itself be a nickname, since the White Tigers reportedly gave him one that's never used on-screen.
  • He's the first Beyblader shown using a custom launcher, and the first with a weapon-based one.
