Beyblade

Akira is a minor recurring friend of Kenta Yumiya throughout Beyblade: Metal Fusion, one of a trio (with Osamu and Takashi) who often battle and cheer alongside the main cast. Despite seeming to be a weaker blader who loses most of his on-screen battles, he manages to place 20th in the Japan Tournament's survival battle and again reaches the top 20 in Metal Masters. He fights with Heat Crow 145HF and remains a background supporting presence rather than a major plot participant.

Appearance

What They Look Like

Akira dresses simply for his role in the Metal Saga: a dark blue jacket layered over a light blue shirt, with a pair of beige-grey trousers finishing the outfit.

One of Kenta's neighbourhood friends who loses most matches shown, though twice scraping a top-twenty finish proves he is tougher than he looks.
