Biography

Akio is a minor, cheerful blader appearing in a single episode of Beyblade Burst, close friends with Toko and Nika Aoi. He fights with Dark Doomscizor Knuckle Unite and is a good sport in both victory and defeat, encouraging Nika to keep practicing after she loses to him and gracefully accepting his own loss to Toko while vowing to catch up in skill. His interactions highlight the show's theme of friendly, supportive rivalry among young bladers rather than any deeper plot involvement.

Appearance and personality

What They Look Like, and How They Behave

Standing at around average height for his age, some 130 centimetres, Akio has ruffled orange hair and blue eyes. His usual outfit is simple: beige khakis paired with a light blue-and-white T-shirt set off by a dark blue collar and sleeves.

Good humour runs through everything Akio does, and he counts Toko Aoi and Nika Aoi among his closest friends. He pushes Nika to keep training so she can close the gap in skill, takes his own losses to Toko in good spirit while hoping to catch up, and comforts Nika after her defeats. All three share an open love of Beyblade that keeps their friendship steady.
