Lucius

Lucius is a bit-beast whose Storm Chip is sculpted with the face of a fallen angel, its namesake, built for the Burst System's SpeedStorm System. Hasbro debuted the right-spin chip in the West through the SpeedStorm Starter Pack, Vex Lucius L6 2D-D Mobius-SP, later reissuing it in the Motor Strike Battle Set as Evo Lucius Endbringer L6. Both carry a standard weight but only average Burst Resistance.
