Ionis

Ionis is a bit-beast drawn from Io, the nymph Zeus transformed into a heifer in Greek myth, its face piece showing the head of a young cow and its ring sweeping two horned cow heads around the rim. It debuted in Japan's Jade Jupiter random booster before reaching the west on the Forbidden Ionis starter, and some packaging spells the name "Eonis" instead.
